Abrasive blast cleaning
With the help of abrasive blasts cleaning the ZIV is able to produce aluminium, steel or galvanised steel models with a form of 2 m X 2,5 m and a maximum weight of 150 kilo.
Our modern production line consists of:
• a blasting plant / chemical pre-treatments
• degreasing, phosphatisation, chromate coating
• automatic powder kiln (40-300 degrees)

Anti-graffiti
Surfaces can be made graffiti resistant, by our special anti-graffiti-powder-coating.
Spray colours can be removed very easily, without damaging or changing the surfaces of the treated trains. Parts with a maximum high of 2 m X 2,5 m and with the weight of 150 kilo can be topically treated.
